1. Issue notice.
2. Till the next date of hearing, the petitioners shall not be arrested in
connection with FIR No.983/2024 dated 31st August, 2024 registered at Police
Station-Mannarghat, District-Palakkad under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1),
118(2) & 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, subject to the
petitioners joining investigation as and when called upon to do so by the
investigating officer.
