1. The learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly
submitted that there has been an amicable settlement in the matter.
2. We are informed that terms of the settlement have been reduced
into writing and duly signed by the parties.
3. The parties are directed to abide by the terms and conditions
of the settlement.
4. In view of the above, the Section 9 proceedings seeking
restitution of conjugal rights instituted by the respondent
(husband) would also not survive.
5. The Transfer Petition is accordingly disposed of.
6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
