UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. There is a gross and unexplained delay of 868 days in filing
the Special Leave Petition.
3. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior
citizen, the High Court may give some priority to his matter and
see to it that same is decided in accordance with law at the
earliest.
4. The Special Leave Petition is, therefore, dismissed on the
ground of delay...
