O R D E R

1. Heard Mr. Supantha Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner.

2. Having considered the allegation in the FIR, we are

disinclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The

Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.

3. At this stage, Mr. Supantha Sinha, learned counsel submits

that the petitioner will surrender and will apply for regular bail.

4. Noting the above submission, the petitioner is granted three

weeks time to surrender...
