UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-accused seeks transfer of the proceedings in
Complaint No.3743 of 2024, titled as, “M/s. Mahindra and Mahindra
Financial Service Ltd. vs. Thameemunansari T.” from the Court of
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh, Haryana to the Court of
Judicial Magistrate, Tanjore, Tamil Nadu.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the loan
transaction in relation whereto the cheques, in question, were
given to the respondent-complainant was executed in Tanjore. The
loan was towards purchase of a Tractor in Tanjore and that the
petitioner had already been paid 20 installments to the respondent-
Bank till date.
