Having heard the learned counsel for the parties
and gone through this transfer petition filed under
Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and
considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
we deem it fit and proper to transfer H.M.A. No. 393
of 2019 titled as “Dr. Harish Kumar Vs. Dr. Priyanka
Kumawat” from the Court of Additional Principal
Judge, Family Court, Rohtak, Haryana to the Family
Court at Bikaner, Rajasthan.
Ordered accordingly.
The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
The Registry is directed to immediately transmit
a copy of this order to both the Courts.
