UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We have heard Mr.Gaurav Agarwal, the learned senior counsel
appearing for the petitioners (original-plaintiffs).
2. The original-plaintiffs instituted civil suit for possession
of the suit property. In the said suit, the defendants filed their
counterclaim.
3. It is not in dispute that the suit as well as the counter
