UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA No.264275/2024:-

The present application is filed seeking exemption from

surrendering within time.

2. The petitioner has been convicted for the offences punishable

under Sections 376(1) and 506 IPC and has been awarded sentence of

10 years rigorous imprisonment. The petitioner has undergone

imprisonment for a period of five months only.

3. In view of the same, the present application is rejected.

4. List before the regular Court.
