UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
was in custody for 11 years and was granted bail by the High Court
on 24.3.2014 and has not misutilised his liberty.
In view of the above, application is allowed, exempting the
petitioner from surrender in terms of the impugned judgment.
