O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner-wife, who appears through
video conferencing, submits that the respondent-husband, who has
filed the divorce case being Divorce Matrimonial Case No.60 of 2025
before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Courts,
Bathinda of which, transfer is sought by the petitioner-wife, wants
to withdraw the same.
2. The respondent-husband has also joined the Court proceedings
through video conferencing.
3. On a query of the Court with regard to his intent to withdraw
the said divorce case, the respondent-husband submits in the
affirmative stating that he has already filed an application
seeking withdrawal of the said divorce case.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present Transfer Petition,
having become infructuous, stands disposed of.
5. Before parting, we direct the learned Principal Judge, Family
Courts, Bathinda where the Divorce Matrimonial Case No.60 of 2025
filed by the respondent is pending, to pass appropriate orders on
the application filed by the respondent seeking withdrawal of the
same.
