UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. There is an enormous delay of 379 days in filing the
Special Leave Petition which has not been satisfactorily
explained. Even otherwise, we do not see any reason to
entertain the Special Leave Petition.
2. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed
on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
3. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
