1. Our last Order dated 29-10-2025 reads thus:-
“1. We are informed that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
2. The Settlement Agreement dated 6-10-2025 has been reduced into writing duly signed by the parties, their respective lawyers including the learned Mediator.
3. The terms of the Settlement read thus:-
“DEED OF SETTLEMENT
The Present Deed of Settlement (hereinafter referred to as “this Deed”) is executed on this 6th day of October, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “Execution Date”) at New Delhi.
BY AND BETWEEN:
Aparajita Singh, daughter of Shri Ajeet Singh Bhati, resident of MIG - 44, Sada Colony, Raghogarh-Vijayur, Raghogarh, Guna, Madhya Pradesh having Aadhar Card bearing number 6591 2180 4848 (hereinafter referred to as the “First Party”)
AND
Prashant Singh, son of Shri Surendra Pratap Narayan Singh, resident of Village Bagapur, Post - Kataura, Gauri Bazar, Deoria, Uttar Pradesh having Aadhar card number 2205 7232 9035 (hereinafter referred to as the “Second Party”)
