We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment
and, hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
However, we clarify that the application should not have been
filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
19961, as there is a specific provision, that is, Section 36 of the
Act, which deals with the issue of stay of execution of an Award.
