Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by her, bearing Misc. Case No.10 of 2023, titled as
“Harsha Agarwal Nee Bajaj vs. Dr. Nitin Kumar Agarwal”, in and
along with Matrimonial Suit No.127 of 2019, pending before the
Court of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge,
Siliguri, West Bengal to the Court of the learned District Judge,
Shillong, Meghalaya.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she is residing with her mother in Shillong; she is not in a
position to travel to Siliguri; and, the proceedings prior in point
of time in...
