Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners submits that instead of pressing this Writ Petition
filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India, the
petitioners would choose to move the High Court.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, as not
pressed, reserving the liberty as aforesaid.
