Private Limited vs. Union Of India & Ors.” pending before the
High Court of Judicature at Bombay shall stand withdrawn to
this Court and be registered as Transferred Cases.
3. List the Transferred Cases along with Civil Appeal
No.2109 of 2020 (@ SLP(C)No.34872 of 2014) and connected
cases, for analogous hearing of all cases involving similar
issues.
