Perused the office report dated 14.11.2024, a clarification
which is sought by the Registry in regard to our order dated
17.09.2024. In that order, it is shown that only the miscellaneous
application Diary No.26152/2024 along with pending application(s),
have been dismissed, however, the net result of the entire order of
17.09.2024 is that we have also dismissed the Writ Petition
No.939/2019 as this Court did not agree with the prayer(s) of the
applicant(s)/ petitioner(s) seeking the same relief as was granted
to other persons.
Consequently, we make it clear that the Writ Petition
No.939/2019 also stands dismissed an...
