Application seeking exemption from filing C/C of the impugned

judgment is allowed.

Issue notice, returnable on 13.2.2024. Petitioner is also

permitted to serve the Standing Counsel for the U.T. of Chandigarh.

No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner,

subject to his cooperating with the investigation, till the next

date of listing.
