O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. It appears from the rejoinder affidavit filed by the
petitioners that as many as 17 (seventeen) proceedings are
pending before different courts wherein the petitioners and the
respondents are parties. They shall be at liberty to continue such
proceedings before the relevant courts.
3. We are not inclined to entertain these Transfer Petitions;
hence, the Transfer Petitions are dismissed.
4. However, if any party wishes to join the proceedings
through the virtual mode, he/she shall be at liberty to make an

appropriate application before the relevant court. If such an
application is made, the same shall be considered reasonably.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
