The petitioner (husband) has filed this transfer petition
seeking transfer of the proceedings of the D.V.C. No.11/2022, filed
by the respondent (wife) under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence
Act-2005, before the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate,
Hindupuram, Andhra Pradesh to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate,
Traffic Court, Bangalore, Karnataka.
It is submitted that the respondent (wife) is working and
residing in Bengalore and is regularly attending the hearings of
the divorce petition filed by the petitioner in the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengalore.
