Heard Mr. Manohar Pratap, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
Looking at the nature of the allegation and the recovery of
the quantity of the contraband, we see no reason to entertain the
bail application. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly,
dismissed.
