Heard learned counsel for parties.
On perusal of the records, we consider it
appropriate to transfer Matrimonial Case No.1641
of 2023, titled Vipin Kumar Sharma v. Swati
Lele, pending before the Principal Judge, Family
Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh to the
Family Court No.5, Pune, Maharashtra.
Records shall be sent by the Court where
proceedings are pending to the transferee Court
promptly and without any delay.
The respondent is also granted liberty to
appear through video conferencing.

The Transfer Petition stands allowed in the
aforesaid terms.
