UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable
under Sections 307 and 34 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
His application for anticipatory bail has been rejected by the High
Court.
2. We are also not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
petitioner.
3. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed accordingly. Pending
application(s), if any shall stand disposed of.
