UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that

20% of the fine amount was deposited before the

Sessions Court at the time of filing of the appeal. For

the remaining amount of 80%, the petitioner had tried

to present a demand draft of Rs.13,04,000/- dated

30.11.2023 before the High Court but the same was not

accepted, however, the said demand draft is still with

the petitioner ...
