IA Nos. 253460/2024 & 253457/2024:-

1. The SLP (C) Diary No. 6845 of 2024 was dismissed on account of

non-curing of defects in terms of peremptory order dated

12.07.2024.

2. Now, the restoration application has been filed after curing

defects with delay of 56 days.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit(s),

delay occasioned in filing the restoration application is condoned

and the SLP (C) Diary No.6845 of 2024 is restored to its original

number.
