Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
When the case was listed before the High Court on
10th November, 2023, an adjournment was sought by the
counsel for the second respondent on the ground that the
name of the counsel was not shown on the Cause List and
the arguing counsel had a personal difficulty. The
