UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.
2. In view of the fact that the petitioner-Association has
already moved I.A.No.171096/2024 in the lead case, i.e., C.A.No.
10856/2016, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition at
this stage.
3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty
to pursue the above-mentioned I.A.
4. As a result, the pending interlocutory application also
stands disposed of.
