2. The petitioners were convicted by the Trial Court for the

offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860

in relation to an incident which took place on 3rd June, 1999.

The Trial Court awarded sentence of two years rigorous imprisonment

in addition to fine to the petitioners. The High Court has

dismissed the appeal preferred by the petitioners and...
