UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner
that service could not be effected on sole respondent and that is
why the affidavit alongwith proof of Dasti service could not be
filed.
He has further requested that service on sole respondent be
effected through concerned jurisdictional police station. Request
is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the
particulars of the concerned jurisdictional police station
alongwith requisite spare copies where the sole respondent is
residing by 11.03.2026.
