We have heard learned senior counsel for the
petitioner.
We dispose of this Special Leave Petition by
reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek vacation of
the interim order dated 03.10.2024 passed by the High
Court of Delhi in RFA No.682 of 2024 or modification
thereof, as the case may be.
It is needless to observe that if such an
application is filed, the High Court shall consider the

same as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with
law.
