What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is
that the Petitioner-in-Person has filed a letter for the
withdrawal of this Petition which is an unregistered one. Since the
petition has not been registered as yet, therefore, the same is
permitted to be withdrawn.
The Petitioner-in-Person sought permission to file fresh
Transfer Petition. He may do so only if permitted under law
subject to limitation.
