UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

We find no merit in this Special Leave Petition.

It is accordingly, dismissed.

However, the three months’ time allowed by the High

Court to the petitioner to vacate the suit premises is

extended by a further period of three months’ on his

filing the usual undertaking affidavit before this Court

within two weeks from today.
