seeking restoration is allowed.
2. The special leave petition is restored to its original and is
taken on Board.

4. Today also the matter has been called out twice, but on both
occasions none appears for the petitioner. Delay condoned.
5. Even on merits, we do not find any reason to interfere with
the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court.
6. The special leave petition is dismissed.
