O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The appellants are in custody for a period of one year
and five months. Charge-sheet has been filed. The case is
triable by the Court of learned Magistrate. 59 witnesses
have been cited in the charge-sheet. Even the charge has
not been framed.
4. As of today, there is no possibility of trial even
commencing within reasonable time. By order dated 25th
October, 2024, this Court has granted bail to six co-

accused whose cases were decided under the same impugned
order. Therefore, the appellants are entitled to be
enlarged on bail and accordingly, we pass the following
order:
5. We direct that the appellants shall be produced before
the Trial Court within a maximum period of one week from
today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellants on
bail on appropriate terms and conditions in connection with
FIR No.203/2023, FIR No.248/2023 and FIR No.255/2023.
