IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION
CIVIL APPEAL NOS. /2025 [@ SLP [C] NOS.29771-29772/2025
VEDANT VIJAY JATIA Appellant(s)
VERSUS
SWATI VEDANT JATIA Respondent(s)
O R D E R
Leave granted.
We have heard the learned counsel appearing for
the parties.
The issue lies on a very narrow compass. The
High Court has deferred the matter and extended the
ad-interim relief, by quoting the pendency of
proceedings before this Court. The said proceedings
have got nothing to do with the proceedings pending
before the High Court.
In such view of the matter, we request the High
Court to dispose of Writ Petition No.3712/2024
expeditiously, preferably within a period of four
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
2
The appeals stand allowed, accordingly.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
