UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Admittedly, the petitioner has not challenged the order by
which his prayer for premature release was rejected. We,
therefore, decline to entertain this Petition with liberty to the
petitioner to challenge the said order before the High Court.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty as
indicated above.
Pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
