petitioner-wife seeks transfer of proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband under Section 9
of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 being HMA Petition
No.2742/2023 titled “Shivesh Kumar Srivastava v.
Akriti Johri” from Upper Family Court No.II,
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to the court of the
Principal Judge (East), Family Court at Karkardooma
Courts, Delhi, on the grounds urged therein.
