O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The co-accused (Nazir Khan), in a similar fact
situation, has been granted benefit of suspension of
sentence and bail by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.3490
of 2024. Hence, the appellant also deserves the same
protection.
3. Accordingly, we direct that the appellant shall be
produced before the Trial Court within a maximum period of
one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the
appellant on bail till the final disposal of the pending
appeal before the High Court on appropriate terms and
conditions. However, the learned counsel for the State
shall be heard before fixing the terms and conditions.
4. The Trial Court will incorporate a condition of bail
that the appellant shall cooperate with the High Court for
early disposal of the appeal and shall not seek any

adjournments on any unreasonable ground.
5. The appeal is accordingly allowed.
6. Pending applications stand disposed of.
