Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
While we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned
judgment and order passed by the High Court, we make it clear that
the observations made in the order of the High Court are confined
to the consideration of application filed under Section 11 of the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
