1. The petitioner stands convicted for the offence punishable

under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. His Criminal

Appeal No.1068 of 1996 has been dismissed by the Division Bench of

the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur by Judgement dated

24.09.2024.

2. IA NO.262156 of 2024 has been filed in the Special Leave

Petition (Criminal) Diary No.50511 of 2024 to exempt the petitioner

from surrendering pursuant to the rejection of his appeal.
