However, it has been requested by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner
that time be granted for filing the same. Let spare copies be filed
within a period of one week.
If spare copies are filed within one week, then notice be
issued and list again on 04.02.2025.
If spare copies are not filed, process the matter for listing
before the Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
