The petitioners seek temporary permit for a route from

Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh to Nagpur, Maharashtra. Provision for

temporary permit is given under Section 88(7) of the Motor Vehicles

Act (hereinafter called “the MV Act”) and given under Section 87 of

the MV Act. These permits are ordinary given in exceptional cases
