UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard Mr. Himanshu Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with a

case relating to Sections 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act. The High Court

has refused to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Looking at the reasoning given by the High Court, we see no

reason to interfere. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly,

dismissed.
