Leave granted.
This appeal challenges the order dated
12.08.2025 passed by the High Court of Judicature
at Allahabad in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail
Application U/S 482 BNSS No. 6458 of 2025.
Apprehending arrest in connection with crime
registered pursuant to F.I.R No.214 of 2019 lodged
with Jalaun Police Station, District Jalaun in
respect of the offences punishable under Sections
307, 326A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
[in short, “IPC”], the appellant preferred an
application before the High Court seeking
anticipatory bail in terms of Section 482 of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [in short,
“BNSS”]
Said application for anticipatory bail has
been rejected by the High Court vide impugned order
dated 12.08.2025. Hence the instant appeal has been
preferred.
Vide order dated 15.09.2025, this Court issued
notice in the instant matter and directed that no
coercive steps shall be taken as against the
appellant herein in relation to the aforementioned
FIR.
