O R D E R
Leave granted.
The counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-State
is taken on record.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the
learned counsel appearing for the State and the learned counsel
appearing for the first informant.
The offences complained of are under Section 326, 307, 323,
341, 147, 148, 149 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. A
charge-sheet has been filed on 22nd August, 2024.
Looking to the nature of dispute, the appellants are entitled
to be enlarged on bail pending the trial.
Accordingly, we direct that the appellants shall be produced
before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The
Trial Court shall enlarge the appellants on bail on appropriate
terms and conditions including the condition of regularly and
punctually attending the Trial Court and cooperating with the Trial
Court for early disposal of the case. The State shall be heard
before the fixing the terms and conditions.
