Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is a Bank Manager and the allegation of a

criminal breach of trust was made against him in a case registered

against him for the offences punishable under Sections 409 of the

Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the case and the fact that the

petitioner was a Branch Manager of the Bank at the relevant point

of time, we do not think it is an appropriate case for grant of
