Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we find no
reason to interfere with the order impugned, for the findings of
fact and law are neither perverse nor erroneous. The special leave
petition is dismissed.
The observations made in the impugned order shall not come in
the way in the trial against the other co-accused.
