UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The Petitioner before us, who has sought to argue his case in
person, is presently confined to Tihar Jail. The Petitioner is in
custody after being arrested by the National Investigation Agency
(‘NIA’) in case under Sections 120B, 201 & 387 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 r/w Sections 13, 18, 18A, 18 B, 20, 38, 39 & 40 of
Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a
declaration that two notifications issued by the Respondent, being
S.O. 534(E) dated 16.02.2015 and S.O. 2947(E) dated 19.06.2018 are
