UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1) There is a delay of 733 days in filing the special  leave

petition and we do not find any plausible explanation showing

sufficient   reason   in   the   averments   of   the   application   for

condonation of delay.

2) Even   otherwise,   having  heard   learned   counsel   for   the

petitioners, we do not find any reason and ground to interfere

with the order impugned.

3) Accordingly, the special leave petition is dismissed on the
