UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner/wife, who holds the custody of three-year-old
minor child, seeks transfer of Matrimonial Case No.940 of 2024
pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam
Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh to Competent Family Court at District
and Union Territory of Chandigarh.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner is unemployed and has no
means to travel to Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh for
contesting the proceedings.
3. Issue notice, returnable by six weeks.
